Tribeca Cleaners lost two pairs of pants of mine and then had the nerve to accuse me of never dropping them off when in fact, I personally brought them to their store. The ensuing conversation was sureal with the owners explaining to me that lots of people lose or forget about clothes and then try to blame it on them. I now have two suit jackets without pants.
