She is a good doctor with horrible staff, they never pick phone up and if you call in to cancel or leave message they never acknowledge and will charge you for cancellation next time you go in. They will not refill your prescription and will try to hold you hostage unless you pay the ransom.
I have nothing against the Doctor but the staff here is really more like a debt collection agency workers.
