I took my bike in for a spring tuneup since they had a spring special advertised. It was supposed to include a basic cleaning of the bike along with tuning. When I arrived to pick up the bike it was filthy! More so than when I dropped it off.
Their excuse was the cleaning service was only on the higher dollar packages, yet those packages contained the exact same phrases about cleaning as the package I purchased.
Total waste of time. Now I have a dirty bike that doesn't break or shift properly. I'm NEVER going back to this place and I have to to another shop to fix their screw ups.
