I am not sure which is worse, the car wash or the management at the main office. My wife's car antenna was broken by the place. they did not acknowledge anything, hoping that she would exit the property. She did notice the damage before she left. The manager never said sorry or anything. He told her to get 2 estimates done. She went to the nearest place to get these estimates and contacted the main office as what she was told. The manager was extremely rude, called her a fraud for the estimated that she had. I never heard of anything like that here in Texas.
I will make sure to provide review like this to every place that willing to read it. This place should rename their business to Mi-T Fine Car Damage instead. I am sure that the reason the main office manager conducts himself with the customer, is probably because the owner does the same.
