Jillian picked me up at the airport and brought me to my Saab on a day they were closed. Customer service means a lot to me and they were great the entire time. They also sell used parts and have a nice selection of used Saabs. First time to Maine and I hope it's not my last. I will visit them again and maybe drive another one back lol.
