I went to have a good time at the so called The Londoner in Addison. My tip for the day DO NOT OPEN A TAB WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD. We got a beer and could not stand the smoke inside. As soon as we tried to close it the card was gone. One of the bartenders made us feel like crap claiming we closed it. After a short confrontation a night manager came back with a receipt claiming that some girl with the same name had closed the tab and left. Funny thing they tried to call the bouncer to kick us out. What a coincidence. My concern is not the mistake its how they handled it trying to cover it and throwing the blame back on us. If I was to be asked every bar should request an ID before closing a tab. I am so mad and not planning to go back. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
