There are no words to describe how incompetent, negligent, and terminally stupid this quack Edward J. Nichols, Crestway Animal Clinic is. What he did to my cat defies description, performing unauthorized and dangerous surgery on her under anesthesia without my knowledge or consent, and then leaving her in a cage to die while never once notifying me. I got her to FOUR OTHER VETS who tried to save her but it was too late. She died a horrible death. Nichols has been under investigation by the state board of Texas but slimed his way out of it, and then came after me with bottom-feeding lawyers to try to get a permanent injunction to silence me from telling Suki's Story. HE FAILED TO DO SO, and I will tell her story forever. Three expert opinions put in writing how many ways this QUACK breached the standard of care. These phony 5 star reviews are from family and friends (e.g. Saenz is an in-law). I cannot overstress this enough: AVOID THIS VET. He is a living, breathing nightmare who should retire already.
