I have never met a bunch of more incompetent people in one shop. I went to them to buy my wedding band because they have a great website. I found a band that I liked which was white gold and shinny on the sides and a matte finish in the middle. When the ring came in, the day before my wedding, it came in different than displayed. I expressed my concern but had to take the ring to get married in it. So I came back after the wedding to have the center part finished in a matte finish as I bought, they sent it back and 3 weeks later they got the ring in and it was a totally different ring. They LOST MY WEDDING BAND!!! They returned the wrong one and got me a new one. But bottom line, they LOST MY WEDDING BAND that I got married in. They are so disorganized and incompetent. The owner made me feel like it was my fault the entire time. I would not trust these guys with a bag of rocks.
