I had my hair done with the owner and I will never forget this horrible experience!!! I went from a beautiful blonde and just wanted some depth in my hair. I asked for golden highlights (and told her to stay warm that I hated cool tones) and she turned my hair to a dark ash-grey hue. I was completely mortified and crying and she demanded that I pay for the service after I told her I was going somewhere else to get it corrected. If she had already messed up that bad I didn't trust her to fix it! She was very rude and inconsiderate and humiliated me in front of everyone. I will never forget her unprofessional behavior and have nothing nice to say about her!
