Asked to schedule me with anyone, am just looking for a massage, not an overall experience. Finally after 8 - 10 min, get the appointment. About to get off the line, then requests a CC number to hold the appt. If you had told me up front, sure no problem, after taking so long to get an appointment set up, I was done. Going elsewhere.
