GENERAL MANAGER FOLLOW UP: Albert did have an issue with his exhaust system. When he shared his displeasure with us, I let him know that I would personally pick up his car at his wife's dental office down in Irvine. I determined the issue when I arrived at the vehicle and proceeded to take his vehicle to our muffler shop located in Costa Mesa. It was a minor repair and I was able to return the car back to his wife while she was still at work. Thanks Albert! We definitely hope you will think of us in the future.
