Worst customer service I've ever seen. Both over the phone and in person. Charged for visits where the technicians did nothing. They over-filled our tank causing a spill both in our basement and our back patio, but then said there was "no record" of a truck coming to our house, and then suggested it was a kid in our neighborhood who stuck a hose down the fuel entrance and filled our tank with water. Even though the hose was still nicely coiled in our shed. When they came to clean the spill up they did not bring enough solution and the stain remains, and they didn't actually clean up the spill in the basement. Most recent call to tell them of the issues we've had and to contest the service bill the service manager told me he "did not believe a thing I was saying" so basically called me a liar. We will NEVER use them again. Use Divines or Eljays oil company instead...or at the least ensure that your getting oil from a different place than the company that maintains your furnace.
