I would like for you to come back in for another massage, I take extreme pride in my massages and passion for healing. I am sorry that you felt your massage was inadequate. Please call the shop 662-7637, I will make sure you get a discounted price to rectify the issue. Please, for next time you get a massage communicate well with your therapist to ensure you get the best treatment possible. And make sure we are looking at the same clock, bc I would never intentionally shorten a massage. I believe in my massage and believe that I always give 150% to ensure my clients are getting the best. I really would like to make it up to you. Im actually shocked and sorry.
