We were looking forward to having dinner at Ivarone's tonight after having heard so many friends talk about it over the years. After having been to Malio's (the old one) I expected the same quality and customer service. I was disappointed in the quality of the meal (we had to send it back twice and it still wasn't right). The worst part though was that the management didn't seem to care at all about our experience. Not like the old Malio's to be sure. Suffice it to say, we won't be going back any time soon - not for dinner anyway.
