The owner, Lisa Hutto, charged me $200.00 to color my hair/hide the greys and not only did the greys still show, she called me ""petty"". \r
I called the same day they did my hair and let them know that the greys were still there. The next time I was available was 2 1/2 weeks later to have them redo it. She agreed to redo it at no charge and to give me a free haircut. When they called to confirm I again restated that the grey hadn't gone away and her response was that ""hair grows out"" and that was the reason I still had grey temples. I let her know that I had shown my hair to Kendra, a former employee (who is an outside friend and I see regularly) and she could confirm that it was still grey 3 days after it had been dyed. She then got very angry and said that either she was my stylist or Kendra was and Kendra was no longer employed there. I simply tried to let her know that Kendra could back up my story. She was very mean on the phone and would not listen at all to me. I opted not to return to the salon. She did refund me $60.00, however, it will cost more than that to have my hair redone. \r
I have loved all of my experiences there when they had Kendra but now that she's gone I'll never ever go back. I would never recommend this salon again.
