First of all, it took them almost three weeks to repair the hail damage on my car last fall, and when I picked up the car I found scratches in the paint over the entire vehicle including the new paint on the roof and on the hood. When they saw it, they tried to make every excuse in the book to not have to fix it. They finally gave in and offered to buff out the scratches. After picking the car up the second time, there were still scratches in the paint. Unbelievable. Don't take your car to AutoCraft!
