Not bad, but not great. The meat could definitely use more smoke.
Now, after several visits I can say that the lean brisket has been fairly moist at times (and pretty good, just needs more smoke), but that it can be dry too. But, stay away from the gristly and tough back end which really could have used a few more hours on the smoker.
