J.D. Floor Store had very nice staff and were able to get us the carpet we wanted at a good price. We had a little bit of confusion with costs and at times we felt the communication between staff was lacking and overall little disorganized. It would also be nice for the staff to have a more efficient way of looking up product specifications and cost. When all was said and done, the carpet was installed on the date we planned. The installers did a good job. We had one minor issue where they cracked some wood trim on a door entry which they tried to fix. It still is in need of repair. Other than that, you can't beat the price as compared to a Home Depot or Lowes. Estimates are free as well which is a plus. Overall, we would recommend J.D. Floor Store.
