Worse buying Experiance ever.. Bert Ogden Chevrolet Mission 2/24/2011

On 11/30/2010 I purchased a vechicle at Bert Ogden Chevrolet in Mission Tx. My sales consultant Mr. Fonseca was great he helped me out and was a very honest salesman. My 1st experience at that dealership was great. Only thing was finace dept. decided to add a $3000.00 extended warrenty with out asking me 1st...but I still agreed because they told me I could cancel at any time. So that is the reason I went back to the dealership to cancel the warrenty on 2/21/2011.. This is where the bad part starts........First thing I was told was that it is possible to cancel the warrenty but there was going to be pro-rated cus I had the truck for 3 months allready. I disagree with the pro-rating because there is Chevy warrenty 3 yrs 36,000 miles bumper to bumper there is actually no use for the extended warrenty untill after the my original warrenty expires. So i told this guys in the finace dept. that i will never keep my truck for over 2 yrs. because I needed more horse power to pull my r.v...and I told them they can keep the $3,000.00 if they can get me into an upgraded truck..so I ask for Mr. Fonseca to be my salesman but he didnt work there no more and send me over to Mr. Pierre Thomas sales conultant..now I know everyone has a boss and salesmen acutally do what there bosses tell them to do, but there are limits...I took the new truck for a ride and of coarse I feel in love with it...I told the finace guy I want it...keep my payment close to what Im paying use the $3,000.00 as down payment...not a problem he says we are going to give you a hell of deal...so we came to an agreement I sign his paper work that read 5.9 apr...$575.00 monthly payments...and i said wow! that is so cool and ask is a done deal..yeah! we are going to loose money with you but no problem we just like to satisfy our customers...(funny thing about it is that I actually beleived him) anyways I was giving the runaround from the salesman...I work in Port Arthur so I stayed and missed 2 days from work and i even told them. The only reason I am staying is to close the deal. Yesturday 2/23/2011 I went back to ""seal the great deal"". OMG where they so full of it...they needed more paper work, so finally I talked to someone that actually told me the truth...My trade in value on my truck was more than 5k upside down...the APR on new truck was 14.9 ,the monthly payments were little under 700.00...and they wanted down payment...my trade in truck has only 1500 miles and it depritiated over 5k in less than 3 months ....bad thing is that I dont remember anyones names just the sales rep. but he knew everything that was going on since i got there..all i saw was different faces and staff blaming each other for not being honest since the begining...I ended up loosing there days of work which averages to close to $1,000.00...i was played with and those peole were just not fair with their clients...will not recomend this dealership to no one.... more
