Go in there expecting three star or less service and that's what you'll get. Go in there patiently, with a smile on your face like a wealthy patron and customer service will be extremely polite and helpful. I got two helpers at the store that gave me five star service. I think there maybe one or two meaner employees at the store if I remember from my last visit, but give them a break they work in a lamp store for crying out loud; and are exposed to an insane amount of electromagnetic brightness at all hours!
