Husband was in horrible pain so he sat a very long wait in pain for CT results. They said that when he got back upstairs, to go to head nurse and ask for pain relief. She would not give even though downstairs, they thought he should have got it a long time ago. Then he is given a prescription and was told they would call it in if my husband knew the number. How hard would it have been for them to get the number of a Wal-Greens online? Anyway, the doctor which was not Unger was wonderful but the nurses all had attitudes and on top of that, a person should not have to wait to get pain relief from kidney stones over five hours.
