This was the most unpleasant experience I have ever experienced! They were rude when I called to inquire about their location. I had to talk to 3 different people to get accurate directions. When I arrived to check on the vehicle and get my belongings I was treated like a criminal who was attempting to steal something. I was finally cleared to drive back to the vehicle and retrieve my things.
