I had Expert Pools come to my home in June,2011. To open my pool for the season, I asked the men if they can clean my cover they said yes but it would be a charge to clean it. I sayed them how much it would be I was told $150, I agreed on that, as I found out later he was the owner. So they stated after ""we finish the opening"" we will . I was on my way to work Mike the owner asked for a check,I payed them the amount for the opening then left. When I returned home I found the cover wasn""t cleaned just laying in front of the pool house full of leaves and still dirty,also my ladders were not in the pool just laying by it and the pool wasn't running. I had this pool for 10 yrs. so I know how to run it. The water looked nice and clear. Later I found out my filter elements weren't in. I call the bussiness and talked to a person who seemed like she had no idea about pools, she told me (mike)the owner will call me back. To my serprice didn't get a call back,that left a bad taste in my mouth. I WOULD NOT RECAMEND THIS COMPANY TO NO ONE.
