I have never had a problem with Tales and Scales. I find the store employess very knowledgeable and helpful. We have purchased a few animals from them and many supplies through the years and have never had any problems at all. They even gave us store credit for a bearded dragon that became too large for us to handle. No complaints from this customer at all!
