My wife special ordered a team shirt for me as a Christmas gift. The store called the house and left a message that the shirt was available for pick up. When my wife went to the store to get the shirt. The staff had sold it. When my wife approached the manager to see how they were going to make it right. His response was, O-well, too bad. No apology. No effort to get another shirt before Christmas. Businesses like this should be put out of business. Do yourself a favor. Buy off line. You will get better quality at a better price and you will GET THE ITEM. more
