Dont know for what reason they charge so high!! Not an extra ordinary property, it is a very ordinary one. Dont know what do they do in the name of pest control, look in your carpet for 15 minutes you will see varieties of them crawling. Horrible. Extra small pool, not cleaned always. They charge you high when you move out for damage expenses but they do not repair those damages (may be they keep it for the next tenant so that they can charge the same from them). If you have money to spend , go somewhere else.
