Very pushy service. Theatrics were ridiculous, worse than used car salesman. Roger fed me this story about how he managed all these different jewelry stores and none had the quality of Milanj, and he made the owner out to sound like a god. Very shortly after, I was introduced to the owner who tried to talk me into a ring I was looking at. The problems began when he named a price (about par with everywhere else I looked), and Roger's response was a very theatrical and dramatic ""WOW!!! That is incredible. ONLY HERE!"" Are you serious? Then, when I tried to tell the owner I needed some time to think and talk to my brother who was helping me shop, the owner tried to make me feel bad for talking to anyone. By far the WORST experience I had shopping for the perfect ring, and that was from 20-30 different shops. Don't go here!
