Very very poor customer service and mechanics. Their incompetent mechanic mis-diagnosed the main problem with my car.My car broke down one day after spending $225. I had to take it to H.B. where they correctly diagnosed and repaired the problem. TUSTIN FORD SERVICE MANAGER REFUSES TO GIVE ME ANY OF MY MONEY BACK FOR HIS INCOMPETENT MECHANIC THAT DOESN'T KNOW SH@T ABOUT FIXING CARS.
