Gave them 1 star due to their questionable sales people. Our sales person was apparently either suffering from early onset Alzheimers or is simply dishonest. When we went into the store to actually buy the product, he quoted us a higher price than what he gave us the week before. It seems he ""forgot"" that he had written the price on his business card (which I showed him). So, he honored that price and we purchased the product. Upon delivery, it seems he ""forgot"" to tell us about a $149.00 set up fee. And finally, when we received our copy of the extended warranty, it seems he ""forgot"" to tell us that you had to spend THREE TIMES the amount of the warranty to get your rebate. But that's fine, the forgetfulness is apparently going to be contagious. I'm telling everyone to ""forget about shopping at Pieratts"".
