Avoid this place at all costs. After turning my daughter's brown/blond hair nearly orange last night - not even close to what she requested - , their fix tonight was to turn it gray. They sent her out in tears and refused to refund the $140 she had paid. Never had an experience like this anywhere. Places costing far less have always done a great job.
