What a disappointing experience. The photographs are ok quality but nothing amazing. The sales folks are great at ""upselling"" and make offers on a whim. I was sold an additional photo session on location for half price as additional service to senior pictures. Pictures were taken and then reviewed with the sales person a few weeks later. She was so rude and acted like it was a chore to show me the pictures, additionally she would not honor the same pricing structure that was offered when I made the appointment. I had already spent over $500 dollars on senior pictures and they still were rude.
I went in willing to spend another $500 for the electronic pictures and walked away without spending another penny. Customer service and loyalty to customers would have assured them a sale. If you do not have to use them don't!
