GREAT customer service! I am not from the Nashville area, and was in town for only the weekend. Unfortunately, I had a major wardrobe crisis and needed a quick alteration. After asking around, Stitch-It was popularly recommended. I took my dress in that needed to be altered on Thursday, and first thing Friday morning they called with it ready. The owner himself assisted me and was very helpful, patient, and cared about getting the dress to fit exactly how I wanted it. Not only were they fast, reasonably-priced, and very friendly, they did exceptional work! I highly suggest using Stitch-It for any alterations you may have!
