I've been going to Karen for the past 6 months for ongoing muscle tightness as a result of running, rowing and other activities. She is really great at finding the hot spots and working them out without it being a painful experience. Karen's massages are now part of my regular 'maintenence' program so I'm able to continue doing the activities I love to do.
