I invited a friend and went for a massage. My LMT assumed I knew what to do/expect but having no prior massage experience I was clueless. I was given no instructions about getting ready, and no options about the type of massage. I had to ask about everything. An explanation at the beginning of what to do and what to expect would have made me more comfortable. That said, all the staff were very nice and polite.
