After waiting 10 weeks for an appointment with Arpad to use my Groupon, it was cancelled 3 hours prior to the scheduled time. The next appointment offered was in an additional 6 weeks' time.
In attempt to work out something to get in sooner, phone messages went unreturned, and when Arpad finally got on the line, he wasn't easy to negotiate with, to say the least.
Definitely not worth the hassle. Luckily Groupon is refunding money spent.
