I have been eating at Brother's Chinese restaurant since I moved here in 2004. The food is AWESOME! I have never had a bad meal, not ever. It always comes out of the kitchen fresh and piping hot! The service is always fine, and I have come to know the waitresses. I walk in the door and am greeted with a smile. I am a regular customer, and I have nice conversations with the waitresses. I have brought friends and family here to dine, and they love it too. My absolute favorite is their home-made hot and sour soup...soooo delicious! and their orange chicken (made with white meat) is better than anyone else's I have ever had. The fried rice is moist and fluffy and yummy every time. The moo shu pork (is that how you spell it?) is delish, as well as their veggie dishes with shrimp. No matter what I have ordered in the last 7 years, I have been pleased with my meal, and I keep going back...and I keep on referring people, who tell me that they love the food too. It's not an upscale restaurant. It's located in a tiny, old strip mall which has very little ambiance. Go for the food, not the decor. 5-star food!!!!! My favorite restaurant!
