I see a lot of complaints about DTN. I just rented this year and so far so good. I do have one minor issue I am working with them on. But if you feel strongly enough about an issue with them and they are unresponsive, file a complaint with the City of E Lansing Code Enforcement Dept AND definitely file a complaint with the MI State Atty General's Office. Everything is online. No excuses. That's what I'll be doing if they play hardball with me.
