We dropped my daughters jeep off to have the signal lights checked, 8 am, we had called the previous night and explained the symptoms and was advised to drop it off first thing. We did and were told we would get a call around lunch for estimate, never got a call, 3:30 I call and I am told they have not looked at it and I'm next on the list but can't guarantee they will get to it. A CALL would have been nice! We picked up the car at 5 , and got a lame ""we were swamped"" excuse. It must be nice to have too much business where you can't even call a customer. more
