I had pretty much accepted the notion that I was just someone who got headaches all the time. I didn't think it was weird that I woke up with a headache several times a week. I also thought that back pain was a normal part of life... Not so much. With Dr. Weir's help I was able to reduce my headaches from several a week, to just a couple per month. I also got relief from my back pain which made it easier for me to start exercising. Dr. Weir listened to me when I explained how I felt, and I could tell that he really cared.
