This company partakes in unethical practices. As an owner of a time share unit, the service received from the corporate office was deplorable. I would not consider buying here. My suggestion is to not walk away but run!
I have filed a complaint with the FTC and will follow up with another complaint to the RE commission and Consumer Affairs.
If you are even considering buying here, check with your local BBB and Consumer Affairs. These properties are almost impossible to see as a resale.
