I have to deal with this bank on a once per year basis and that is still way too much! The staff does not communicate with each other, and when asked to speak with a superviser, the customer is given the run around. I was promised a call back within an hour and had to call them back two hours later. DO NOT bank with this company! Stick with the national ones, Wells Fargo, BOA etc.....these small town banks are clueless!!!!
