This is the worst customer service. I had a model that I had not opened, was a set of knights for my daughter's diorama. Value of set: $13.50. I don't live in that part of town and so I made a special trip to return the item. I was told that I was past the 30 days and they would not return my money, I stated that I understood. I then asked if I could have store credit and I would purchse something else, the manager who looks like he hates working there, told me that there was nothing that he could do. I suggested that they just give me store credit, I would use it to purchase something else that I could use and was still told NO. I mentioned to the store manager that this was not good customer service especially since the box was never open, the plastic was intact, all it had to do was be placed back on the shelf. He didn't care, he still said no. I then reminded him that I would post this rating on the internet, he said he still didn't care. The worst service ever, I will never shop there and I am an avid modeler and am starting to get into RC models. WOW they just lost a permanent customer over $13.50. What a bunch of amateurs, I own my own business and I would never treat a customer like that. What a fool!!!!! more
