The people at Infinity Moving took great care of me. I called in for a move from Virginia to Northern CA, and they helped me get everything set. Danielle (the sales person) was very personable and got everything rolling quickly.
The pickup went smoothly, the guys were very nice. There were a few unexpected up-charges for things like boxing the couch cushions, dining room chairs and patio furniture, but it was reasonable, and really more due to my lack of knowledge of the process. Pretty much everything but large furniture needs to be boxed in long distance moves, so now I know.
As it was a cross country move, it was estimated at 10-21 business days. I received a couple updates in the first week of estimated arrivals, and then heard directly from the driver a few days before the delivery. It ended up taking about 12 days for the shipment to arrive in CA, which was well within the range they had specified.
The delivery was painless...they unloaded and set everything up where necessary. They were done in about an hour and a half without a hitch.
I'd definitely recommend them again, and am planning to use them to move the remainder of my belongings at the end of the year.
