I'm giving 4 stars b/c I love Dr Singer, but I absolutely hate this new staff they hired at the front desk! Why Pam is'nt there anymore I have no idea. I use to enjoy my office visits or calling in for prescriptions. I called in yesterfay morning and the receptionist took my info to get an inhaler called in for my asthma(since mine is empty), and when I called back today b/c it still wasnt called into the pharmacy they said they have no idea what I was talking about and they don't know who I talked to. Note to self, from here on out always take a name when receptionist takes info instead of transferring me to nurse station. The real kicker is when this other lady got on the phone and told me that the inhaler I was asking for a refill was never prescribed form their office. Ok, so do they want my pharmacy to fax over the prescription from their office, really?!? So, since I can't stop coughing b/c I need an inhaler, I guess I'll just go to the hospital since the new receptionist claims I didn't speak to her yesterday and have to wait until the end of the business day! Is the new receptionist going to pay my emergency room visit bill for me, or maybe I'll just use my daughter's asthma medication in the meantime????
