I recently went to another salon and had my hair colored, needless to say it turned out horrible, I called this salon based on the reviews and asked if I could come in to speak with someone and find out if my hair could be fixed and if so what needed to be done. The receptionist told me the next available appointment was Tuesday and asked if I wanted to book it, I replied well I would like to see if my hair can even be fixed first and get an opinion on what needs to be done - this would take someone maybe ten minutes of their time - I was told no, they are booked solid and if I wanted to talk to someone I would have to make an appointment, I explained the situation to her again and let her know that I would like to make an appointment but would like to know what for before scheduling - once again I was told sorry you cant speak with anyone with out an appointment - because of that this salon lost a potential customer, apparently ten minutes was too much to ask.
