I went to see Carlos because my silver hair was getting yellow in it. He said he could take care of it. He took care of it OK...........it's yellower than it was in places that weren't yellow before. I don't know what he used on it, but after I got home into a better light, I realized that there was more yellow in my hair than before he worked on it. I went back the next day (unfortunately) and ask him to fix it. While he was working on my hair, he was saying things like ""Oh, yes, it is changing before my eyes."" He was right. It got even more yellow ! My hair is FRIED. It won't hold a curl, tangles to the point that I can't get a comb through it after shampooing, and it takes forever to blow dry, and my hair is falling out. He has ruined my hair. DON'T GO TO CARLOS....DON'T GO TO MOXIE.
