Poor with the details and very poor customer service. It took 2-3 months for the issues with my deck to be fixed and they were fixed poorly and received a lot of attitude from the foreman when he finally did show up to fix the issues. His exact quote was ""I don't have time to fix all of this. I have to get the hell out of here"". I still have issues and am working with another deck company to resolve them as I do not trust Affordable Decks and Additions (ex: one of the rail posts sways back and forth a good 2 inches). Note - I'm paying this other company to fix the issues rather than deal with Affordable Decks and Additions and have them fix their poor workmanship for free.
I would not hire them again for any job.
