I also had a really bad experience recently at Small Wonders in Point Pleasant, very similar to previous reviewer. I have two young kids. I also was a few minutes late, as will happen with young kids, and was told that Danielle would only do one haircut. Totally inflexible. When Danielle finished my son early, I asked her if she would also do my daughter. At that point, the crazy receptionist literally started to shout at me, insult me and ordered Danielle not to do the haircut! Totally crazy outburst!! Very upsetting to me and my kids. To make matters worse, Danielle did not say a word to stop her and was cold to kids. Danielle needs to fire the venomous receptionist, get a backbone and some personality, or, she will slowly lose her business. Point Pleasant is a small place and a bad reputation travels fast. Clearly, when several Moms take time out of their busy lives to write these bad reviews, there's gotta be something wrong.
