They may have the greatest cakes in the world. I WOULDN'T KNOW! I walked into the store and found 2 employees behind the counter. Each was waiting on 1 customer. One of the women asked what I wanted and I told her a birthday cake. She pointed to the picture books and told me to take a look. 3 times she asked if I was ready. Each time, I told her ""yes"". 3 times she went into a back room and disappeared!. After 10 or 15 minutes I walked out!. The worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Business must be good enough that they can pick and choose their customers. I will NEVER go back! I'll order a cake from Gallo's. Don't bother going here unless you want to be treated like crap
