We have been using Kokesh since we moved into our house 8 years ago. We have always been happy with them... until we actually had a problem. We've had them out three times to fix a water heater and each time it's a different problem that costs at least $150. When we called to complain, we told them we would be taking our business elsewhere. They didn't care about losing a long term customer. They were more concerned about getting their $450.
